It is a short walk from the Tochigi Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. There are several parking spaces available. If there are not enough spaces, you can use the parking lot at the Ashikaga Bank Tochigi Branch, the parking lot at the former police station, or the parking lot at the Tochigi City Cultural Center.
By train:
Continue along Tochigi Odori towards Kanuma, and at Yamatomachi intersection, turn left onto Higashi Ginza Street, then turn left at the first three-way intersection; it is behind Kobayashi Joinery.
